   Ingredients needed

   Yellow Pumpkin (mathanga) -2 cups chopped
   Curd (thayer) - i cup
   Turmeric pulverization - 1/4 tsp
   Salt needed
   Curry leaves (kariveppila) - few leaves
   Green chilli (pachamulagu)- 1

   For Grinding

   Coconut - 1/3 cup
   Pearl onion (Kunjulli) - 2
   Mustards seeds (kaduku) - 1/4 tsp
   Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
   Garlic - 1-2 cloves

   For the Seasoning

   Coconut stone oil - two tsp
   Mustard seeds - i tsp
   Red Chilli - 1
   Curry leaves - a sprig
   Pearl onion - 2-3 finely chopped


Preparation 

Grind pearl onion , grated kokosnoot , garlic , cumin seeds in addition to mustard seeds to a smoothen paste. Keep it aside.

Wash , peel the peel in addition to chop pumpkin into medium sized cubes.

Add needed H2O in addition to create pumpkin adding tabular array salt , turmeric pulverization , dark-green chillies (finely chopped) in addition to curry leaves.

Once the pumpkin is tender , crush it slightly using a ladle.
