Tur dal - 1/4 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Red Chillies - 2-3
Hing - generous pinch
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Salt needed
Carrot - 1
Cabbage - 1/3 - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - ii tbsp finely chopped
Curry leaves - a sprig

Tur dal - 1/4 cup
Urad dal - 1/4 cup

Cabbage - 1/3 - 1/2 cup

Preparation
Finely chop onion , cabbage together with coriander leaves. Wash , peel the pare together with grate carrot. Keep it aside. Peel together with finely chop ginger.
