Coriander leaves - two tbsp finely chopped

Lemon juice - two tsp

Ghee/clarified butter (optional)

Coriander leaves - two tbsp finely chopped
Garlic - 2-3 grated
Lemon juice - two tsp

Ghee/clarified butter (optional)
Preparation
Mash avocado well. Add lemon juice , tabular array salt needed as well as mix well.
Add grated onion , grated garlic , finely chopped light-green chillies , finely chopped coriander leaves as well as mix well.
