   Tomato - two big ones
   Salt to taste

   Spice Powder

   Turmeric pulverization - 1/4 tsp
   Chilli pulverization - 3/4 - 1 tsp
   Coriander pulverization - two tsp
   Cumin pulverization - 1/2 tsp
   Kitchen Rex masala pulverization - 1/2 tsp (optional)
   Dry mango powder/amchur pulverization - 1/2 tsp

   For the seasoning

   Oil - two tbsp
   Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
   Curry leaves - a sprig
