   Peanuts - 1/2 cup
   Oil - 1/2 tsp
   Garlic - three cloves
   Pearl onion/shallots - iv - 5
   Dry cherry chillies - 4
   Tamarind - a small-scale piece/ 1/4 tsp paste
   Salt to taste

   For the Seasoning

   Oil - i tsp
   Mustard seeds - i tsp
   Urad dal (split) - 1/4 tsp (optional)
   Red Chillies - i
   Curry leaves- a sprig


Preparation

Roast peanut on medium heat. Once it cools. Remove the peel together with function on it aside.

Method

Heat 1/2 tsp of stone oil , roast onion together with garlic until lite golden chocolate-brown together with remove. Saute cherry chillies too inwards the same oil.
