   Garlic - two cloves finely chopped
   Tomato - one small
   Carrot - 1
   Beans - 5-6

   For the Seasoning

   Oil - two tsp
   Ghee - two tsp
   Cumin seeds - one tsp
   Whole dark pepper - 1/2 tsp
   Asafoetida/Hing - a pinch
   Curry leaves - a sprig

   For Garnishing

   Ghee - one tsp
   Coriander leaves - two tbsp finely chopped


Preparation

Finely chop all the vegetables. You tin piece of occupation vegetables similar brinjal , cauliflower , white patato , bell pepper etc.
