   Red Chillies - 2
   Raw Rice - 1/2 tsp
   Coconut - iii tbsp

  For the seasoning

   Oil - ii tsp
   Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
   Urad dal - 1 tsp
   Red Chilli - 1
   Curry leaves - a sprig

   For garnishing

   Coriander leaves - ii tbsp finely chopped


Preparations

Heat 1/2 tsp of fossil oil too pocket-size bengal gram (kadalai paruppu inwards Tamil) , coriander seeds , ruby-red chilli too raw rice on medium estrus , stirring continuously until dal plough low-cal golden brown.
